A half box of annuities by way of rent-charge to Mrs Frances Hawkins/Maguire, the former mistress of the late 1st Marquess of Abercorn and to his illegitimate children by her, including thank you letters from the latter to the 1st Duke of Abercorn, 1830; 1833; 1838.
