This collection of 520 volumes and c.9,300 documents mainly relates to the administration of the Brownlow estates, 1619-c.1952. A detailed calendar of these papers is available. The collection also includes, for example:
Jane Brownlow's Charity account book, 1720-1742.

A bundle of c.35 letters from Mary Fforde, Raughlan, Lurgan, County Armagh, to Lord Lurgan, 1877-1892.

Estate rental books, 1755-1952.

A volume of rent arrears due to the Right Honourable Jane Lady Lurgan, 1847.

A pedigree of the Brownlow family, 1591-1905.

Records of Lurgan Free School, established for the education of poor children in Shankill parish, including a minute book of the school, 1786-1854.
