163: Weaver, Harriet, letter to C.P. Curran. Richard Ellmann is looking for elucidation of an incident referred to in an early letter of Joyce to Curran. Lucia is in a mental hospital. 'George Joyce' has married again. 11 August 1956.

164: Weaver, Harriet, letter to C.P. Curran. Curran has not been able to recall the incident which Ellmann was curious about. Commiserates with Curran on his state of health and his wife's loss of memory. Gives news of herself, 22 August 1956.

165/1: Beach, Sylvia, letter to C.P. Curran enclosing 'a copy of Mr. Joyce's version of 'Molly Brannigan', 14 September 1927.
