This bound, typed minute book contains, for example, extracts from Royal Maternity Hospital Staff Committee meetings which note that 'Concern was again expressed at the continuing shortage of nursing staff and following some discussion it was agreed that a Sub-Committee...should discuss the situation with Matron ... The Executive Officer confirmed that every effort was being made to recruit staff and advertisements were being inserted regularly', 10 November 1969.
