Description1795.04/7/1851 Letter from the Secretaries Education Office, to Bishop T Murphy, Fermoy about embroidery classes, 25 July 1851. Messrs Wallace, Muslim Manufacturers of Glasgow, proposed to increase the number of schools in which female pupils are instructed in the embroidery of muslin, etc. Fermoy female national school is one of the schools chosen. Conditions, etc. Is the bishop favourable?
